靳军，博士，2012年毕业于北京理工大学计算机应用技术专业，获得工学博士学位，后任职于首发集团，2018年5月加入十大正规赌官方网站(中国)有限公司。共发表论文8篇（其中6篇为EI索引），申请发明专利一项，获得省部级奖励一项。
